Healing in Hózhó

We come together as a community to raise awareness, restore balance, and support each other in a safe and welcoming space.
Here’s what’s coming up:
Alcohol Awareness Circle– Saturday, August 23, 2025, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
We’ll talk about the roots of addiction, share stories of recovery, and offer tools for living in wellness. This session is grounded in cultural humility, trauma-informed care, and community support.
Alcohol misuse continues to impact families across the Navajo Nation and beyond. We believe in responding with compassion, prayer, education, and strength rather than judgment. Together, we’ll explore how healing is possible when we return to our teachings, lean on faith, and support one another.
Domestic Violence Awareness Circle– Saturday, September 27, 2025, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
This circle offers a safe space for survivors, families, and allies. We’ll reflect on the impact of domestic violence, break the silence, and focus on reclaiming dignity and restoring sacred boundaries.
Grounded in Indigenous values and community protection, this session includes education, cultural teachings, prayer, and honest conversations.
