May 16, 2019, I graduated from Virginia Theological Protestant Episcopal Seminary with a Master of Divinity.  After completion of being a resident of Alexandria Virginia for three years, I return home to St. Christopher’s mission, just in time to start my next journey in moving to Fort Defiance AZ.  June 1st, I begin to organize my new place of residence on the grounds of Good Shepherd Mission and start listening to the community and enter a discernment process to what my ministry would entitle.  July 20th 2019, I am ordained to the Holy order of Priesthood by The Right Reverend David E. Bailey at my sending parish at St. Christopher’s Episcopal Mission in Bluff Utah.  Many elders who supported me in my ministry moving forward were able to celebrate with me into the next stages of my calling to be a priest.
At Good Shepherd Mission I have excepted a Curate Priest position where I will be mentored under the Vicar the Reverend Cathlena Plummer.  My job position entitles participation in the Sunday service liturgy, as well as working on strengthening the community engagement ministry.  Engaging congregations to living into their baptismal covenant with more assistance to roles of the church function.  Engagement in community by increasing out-reach programs with our local schools, other churches, and responding to being witness to the needs of our community.
